Yes, there is funding available for 30 hours per week for working parents. We have limited places available so please contact the nursery to find out.
Yes, we have a £30 registration fee and a refundable deposit returned when the child leaves nursery.
What do your fees include and not include? The fees include meals and snacks at the nursery but we do not provide nappies, wipes, sun cream etc. This is to provide a continuity for children between home and nursery.

What are your opening times? We are open from 7:30am until 6:30pm daily, except on bank holidays. We are closed in the week between Christmas and New Year.

Item LinkCan we visit the nursery before my child is registered? Yes we encourage you to visit the nursery and see our facilities as well as meet the staff. Once you are registered, we will arrange settling in sessions for your child before they start.
Item LinkHow much do you charge for late payment of fees? A charge of £5 per week is added to all accounts in arrears.
Item LinkWe operate from a centre with a fixed closing time so we cannot accommodate late pickups. If there is an emergency, please call us urgently so we can make provisions for your child. This will result in late pickup fees of £10 for every 15 minutes added to your account. This is because we need to pay for extra staffing and insurance beyond our allocated ratios.
Yes, we cater for all food allergies including dairy and gluten. It is important that we are made aware in writing of all known allergies. We also cater for vegetarian and vegan and any cultural dietary requirements. All food is cooked fresh on site daily. The nursery is totally nut-free for any children with nut allergies.
What items need to be brought to nursery daily? Children need clothing appropriate to the weather including wellies if the weather is particularly bad. Nappies, creams, sun cream and other daily supplies. We will provide snacks. A change of clothes to keep at the nursery would also be suitable.

We encourage partnerships between staff and parents regarding your child and will hand over to you at the end of their day what they have been doing and any concerns. We also work with the Baby Days app to record your child’s achievements and observations.
